i have Microsoft office professional edition 2003, and every time i open
outlook i get this message:

Unable to open your default e-mail folder. the file C:\ documents and
settings\ administrator\local settings\ application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst is not compatible with this version of the
personal folders information service. Contact your administrator.

any help is appreciated.

Where did you get the pst-file from? When did you last open it? Are you
trying to configure Outlook or were you already working with it on that
computer?
