Can some one help me?

Hi:

After install SP2, The explorer.exe crashes each time I
right-click on an icon (not folder). It crashes and
doesnot give me a chance to send error report. I think
this is a critical problem for microsoft to fix.

You could try going into Safe Mode and uninstalling SP2.
