can send but can't receive mail in windows vista 64 bit

I just added windows live mail to my windows vista mail and I can send but
cant get it to receive mail. THis is the error message i keep getting.....

Account: 'pop3.live.com', Server: 'pop3.live.com', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR command not implemented', Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server
Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

Go to Tools>Accounts>select your account>Properties>Servers.
Uncheck the box for "Log on using Secure Password Authentication."
 
I receive the same error No and getting and not receiving mail the server
cant help any suggestions/
 
See your other Me Too! post. This error message is not the same as the
first thread you hijacked, so please start your own new thread.

Please post the error message in its entirety. You can left click on it to
highlight and then right click to copy and then paste it into this thread.
