please post back the result of "net share" command. Or check this search
result.

I had all the computers on the same workgroup and i could see all for a long
time. Now when i go to each computer and click on the work group to view the
other computers. The computer i am on cannot even find itself an says you may
not have permissions..etc..network path not found. I even changed the
workgroup name on all computers and it did not matter. Not sure when i lost
the ability to view a work group....i changed routers a few months back? I
can still print from the computers to my network printers.

i just changed the name of the work group on all computers and the wired
computer sees all the computers, but the other 2 wireless ones cant see
anything still. i turned off the windows firewall

Hi
Make sure that the Software Firewall on each computer allows free local
traffic. If you use 3rd party Firewall On, Vista/XP Native Firewall should
be Off, and the active Firewall has to adjusted to your Network IP numbers
on what is some time called the Trusted Zone (consult your 3rd Party
Firewall instructions.

i checked all that. On my wired computer....it shows itself and the other 2
wireless computers in the workgroup. But when i go to the 2 wireless
computers it shows the workgroup but there are no computers in it and says
"Workgroup is not accessible.....Network path could not be found" when i
click on the workgroup icon. I use to be able to see all 3 of my computers on
the workgroup from any computer and now 2 dont show anything in the group any
more. What knocked them out? I am not sure when it started, but i did change
routers in the last 2 months. Everything else works fine i can connect to the
internet and print to a network printer from all 3 computers still.

If you receive "Workgroup is not accessible.....Network path could not be
found", make sure he Computer Browser service is running. Or this search
result may help.

Hi
If I was sitting in front of your computer I might (or might Not) know what
went wrong.
At this point your best bet, is to reconfigure them correctly.
Jack (MS, MVP-Networking).

this morning i opened up the 2nd computer and it sees itself and the other
computers all of the sudden. so i went back to check the first computer and
now that one cant see anything again. For some reason only one computer at a
time can see the other computers in the workgroup. Ever heard of this before?
