Not in BCM OL 2003. However, newer version of BCM (BCM for Outlook2007) has
easy to use customization. That will allow users to edit most of the drop
down lists in BCM forms and add custom fields to BCM forms. BCM for
Outlook2007 is available as part of Office 2007 Beta program
