Can receive voice/video cannot send

Even without router and firewall disabled completely. Using Logitec
4000 Pro. Can see myself in the PIP while viewing and listening t
others. They cannot see or hear me. ISP says all ports open. Audi
tuning wizard show everything ok with voice and mike. Very frustrated
ideas

I have exactly the same problem with Win Messenger 4.7
and a Dell 8300 and a Blueyonder broadband connection.
Like you say - frustrating.

Surely someone knows the answer to this?
