I can't figure out what would have changed from yesterday to today. I just
installed MS updates (that I was automatically notified of) but they didn't
affect the problem.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Re: Wed.', Account:
'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
