I receive this error when sending e-mail.

Subject 'Re: A&M Green Power Classified Ad', Account:
'mail.amgreenpower.com', Server: 'mail.amgreenpower.com', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19

You will have to contact whomever is providing your email account.
Since you are unable to send, it may be an error with the SMTP server name.
Or, maybe their server is down...

maybe it's smtp.amgreenpower.com

This did not work. I received this error.

The host 'smtp.amgreenpower.com' could not be found. Please verify that you
have entered the server name correctly.

Ok, I found this for your original error...

" Errors 0x8004210a and 0x800ccc19
This problem occurs when you have Norton Antivirus installed with "Scan
incoming Email" and "Scan outgoing Email" turned on. Note that this may also
be true when you use McAfee software products. To prevent this problem when
you use Norton Antivirus and Outlook, follow the steps below to turn off
e-mail scanning:
1. Quit Outlook.
2. Start Norton AntiVirus
3. Click Options. If a menu appears when you click Options, click
Norton AntiVirus. The Norton AntiVirus Options dialog box appears.
4. In the Internet section, click Email.
5. Click to clear the "Scan incoming Email" and "Scan outgoing Email"
check box.
6. Click OK and close Norton Antivirus. "

You probably should put the 'mail.amgreenpower.com' SMTP server name back
in, and try to disable email scanning by your antivirus program. Maybe that
will help.

First of all, the error message is missing the leading sentence
which explains the error.

Secondly, amgreenpower.com is not an ISP, it is a vanity domain name
for a farm equipment business in Iowa. Are you sure they even offer
an SMTP server?

Tamera,

I and several other people have had the same problem. Go to

www.oehelp.com/wmutil

and download Steve's utility to the desktop per his instructions. Then use
the utility (after unzipping) and compact your e-mail. It worked for me and
hopefully will work for you. Also compact your e-mail every time the dialog
box appears asking if you want to compact your e-mail.

Good luck.

The OP's issue is entirely different than what WMUtil is designed to cure.

Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident program.
Beside that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail.
