Can powerpoint equalize the audio output for linked movie clips

I am using PowerPoint 2003. I would like to equalize the audio output for
movie clips inserted into a presentation. Can this be done as a group or must
it be done individually

powerpoint cannot make the audio output level (all the same) for different
video clips.
