can palm addresses be imported into outlook 2002 contacts?

Can palm III contacts and addresses be imported into
outlook 2002 contacts? If so how?

I'm new to both Palm (T2) and Outlook 2002, but with the software that
came with my Palm (Chapura Pocket Mirror), the Palm syncs with Outlook,
easily, in seconds.

If you can't do it and don't get the answers in this newsgroup, try the
Palm Pilot newsgroup. (alt.comp.sys.palmtops.pilot)
