Can Outlook calendar be shared via Outlook Express?

Most everyone in our group uses Outlook Express for email. I want to be able
to share calendars. Does everyone have to switch to Outlook for email or is
there a way to connect the two?
 
Outlook Express has no calendar feature.

Outlook has no built-in sharing without Exchange Server.
 
There is a software tool for $24.95 (if I remember correctly) that is
called Calendar4Oulook that a friend of mine uses. I just installed it
today, but do not have much experience yet working with it. You may
