Outlook uses profiles and switching profiles is a two step process - close
outlook, reopen it with the other profile (switching identities also closes
OE and reopens it with a new identify aka profile, but it's all done with
one menu selection). If you use winxp and fast user switching, you can keep
outlook running with each profile and switch windows profiles.
