Can Outlook alarm two users of an event on one calender?

Hi.

If a user has an event on his calender that he is to be
alerted of, can that same event alarm another user?

Can the alarm notify to two users at once? That's what I
need to know.

If so, how? Thanks very much.
 
Not natively, but there may be 3rd party programs that do something similar
(like generate an e-mail notification) here:
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/notify.htm

Otherwise, you could just have both users put the same appointment on their
calendar; that's easy enough.
