Can outlook access one pst. file from two different profiles?

I have a Work and a Home profile set up on Microsoft XP. I want my outlook in
both profiles to access the same pst file, so when I check email, both
profiles are updated and always have the same info..... can this be done?

Yes, certainly, just use Tools | E-mail Accounts to make sure the same ..pst file is the default for both profiles.
