Can Outlook 03 or 07 BCM sync BCM contacts into Contacts folder?

Can Outlook 03 or 07 BCM sync BCM contacts into Contacts folder or do I need
a separate program for this like FolderMirror?

All I want to do is sync my iPhone with Outlook and have the BCM contacts
show up on the iPhone.
