Can only see one contact list when addressing an email

I'm using Outlook 2003 and had the ability to select several contact lists
when addressing an email. I re-loaded the program and now I only see two
options "Contacts" or Other Address Book. How can I get the program to
display all my Contat lists in the pop up for filling in the TO, CC or BCC
entries in an email?--

right click on each contacts folder and choose properties, then enable them
as outlook address books.
