Can only save Pic's as BITMAP

Odd problem, when trying to save downloaded pic's to my HD the only format available is BITMAP (v. JPEG, etc.). Was able to resolve a couple times by deleting Temp Internet Files, but keeps coming back.

Using NOD32 and CounterSpy, both up to date.

Any help appreciated. Thaks in advance.

Do as before and increase the "temp internet folder" size, but not by too much.

Also, download and run CCleaner it will clear out more crap you can't even see. ;)

Much appreciated, CCleaner was easy download, and resolved the issue.

Wondering why my NOD32 and CounterSpy didn't catch, or resolve this.....

Because they are not a cleaner ... ;)

If you run Windows, you NEED ... 1 AV program, 3 Adaware programs, 1 Trojan scanner, 1 RegCleaner, 1 Defragger, 1 Alternative Browser, 1 Lucky rabbits foot, 1 Sick Note and a whole lot of faith ... or just install Linux.
