Can Only Open Secure Sites

I have four accounts on my XP machine and recently one of
them without known cause began to only load Secure
websites. I have reset all IE settings to default in this
account but I still get message that pages won't load.
This account was the administrators account so I am leery
of deleting it and setting up another.

Any ideas as to cause?

Can you get to the sites if you include http://www... if so check this out.

Get AdAware and Spybot and run them both. Keep them up to date.

Unfortunately no and I have run AsWare with negative
result.
