Can one create a drop down box within a template in outlook?

I have created a template and for a number of field inputs to the template I
would like to make them a drop down box. Can one be created in outlook?
 
You can use combo boxes, list boxes and a variety of others controls with
custom Outlook forms.

Click on Control Toolbox from the Form menu in design mode to see what you
can work with.
