can NT4 Domain utilize resources in AD Native mode

Since all your dcs in the W2k domain are W2k, you can
switch to mixed mode without consequences for trusts with
NT4 domain.

do you mean Native mode?
I can switch the AD domain to Native mode without
affecting how the NT4 domain users access the resources of
the Ad domain. As I understand it, there is no going back.
