Can not view ASF files in Powerpoint 2003 when using dual monitor

When using dual monitor, I can not view ASF files in show mode on second
monitor. I am using a Matrox Parhelia 256 meg video card. I talked to Matrox
and they said it is a microsoft powerpoint problem not there card. System is
a dual P3 700, 1.3 gigs of ram. If there are any microsoft tech people out
there can you help me?

This happens with a number of video formats when playing on both a
laptop and an LCD projector. Often, the video will simply only play on
the primary monitor.

I always thought it was a card issue, not a PPT issue. <g>
