Can not shutdown

Physical memory dump message on blue screen for approx. 1
second at very end of normal shutdown. Windows then
auotmatically restarts. Please help!

Post the details printed on the blue screen, at least the hex number after
the STOP:, so that people might have a hint.
 
Turn off Automatic Reboot. Control Panel, System, Advanced Startup and
recovery, uncheck Automatically reboot. Then you have an error message
that can be read and acted upon.
