Hi Taiska :-)

What type of pictures are you trying to send? jpeg, png, bmp, gif, etc.

Try the following and see if it helps:
SendTo and E-mail Links Do Not Work Using Outlook Express as Default
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=306098

Hope this helps.

I guess it is matter of SP2 security. I think I need to find in registry
settings that can help. This problem occur then I install WinXP in new HDD
(path f:/windows/) and after that SP2
Maybe is another way to send quickly many pics from web to different users.
Saving localy and attaching is verry slow....
I cannot uninstall SP2 because of 160gb HDD
Is somwere experts of WinXP???
thanks Jan anyway

I suspect it is going to depend on whether the images are cached or not.
E.g. if they aren't cached it may represent the content provider's desire
that they not be copied. Trying to do so then might be seen as copyright
infringement.

Can you save the entire page? E.g. with File, Save As..., Web Page, complete
or Web Archive? If so, even if they aren't normally cached the images
would be available from those sources. Similarly, if the page provides
a link for creating a printable copy of the page you may find that its images
then are more accessible.

Please post a specific example of an image you are having trouble with
to aid further discussion.

....
It is any image, that I can send with other computer.
The picture "Microsoft" in left upper corner in www.microsoft.com in egsample.

An excellent example of my point. <w>
That image is almost always marked non-cacheable.

E.g. to see that set Work Offline and then try cloning that page with Ctrl-N

Hmm... today that site has decided that that image *can* be cached
so that test allowed it to be shown and I then had no trouble saving it
with right-click, Save Picture As... YMMV

Also I was able to open the TIF Viewer (e.g. Alt-T,O,Alt-S,V), find

http://i2.microsoft.com/h/all/i/ms_masthead_8x6a_ltr.jpg

in there and open it separately.

However, there was something on that home page was was not cached
because when I tried to clone it IE wanted me to connect first.
Staying offline instead showed that it was missing this at the lower left.

http://rad.microsoft.com/ADSAdClient31.dll?GetAd=&PG=CMSIE4&SC=F3&AP=1164

Apparently that is a Shockwave Flash ad. Even when I open that
in its own page and set Work Offline again there must still be something
missing because I can't send it separately.

So, do you have any other examples which are cacheable
and which do not involve Shockwave Flash programs? <eg>
