Can not "send' email

When i try to "send" an email ,outlook express shuts down & i am back to my
desktop. If i write an email and do not hit "send", but go to "file"& hit
"send later", the mail goes to the "outbox".If i then go to my tool bar and
hit "send all" it works. This just started happening today. I revieve email
normally
Any thoughts on a solution?

Try an Outlook Express newsgroup. This is a BCM newsgroup and BCM
doesn't work with Express.
