can not send e mail

I can recieve e mail to outlook express but can not send out,

It is not my defalt e mail.
hot mail is defalt.
But if i am in a web site and want to send a link iclick on file and send a
linkbut it opens outlook experss and will not send the e mail. So i am forced
to copy and paste to hot mail.

? hope you can help me ??

Make sure Outlook is set as the default email client via File Types:

Sometimes IE will indicate it is, but the necessary information is not
written to the registry.

Go to Start | Run and type this command, with the double quotes and spaces:

"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /reg

and then make sure that OE is selected as the default mail program in both
IE and OE.

What happens when you try to send the message? Post any error messages in
