Can not save photo from web by right click

properties it says, as an example :74093I had to reiinstall windows XP on my
computer now I can't save a web photo in anything but "window picture and fax
viewer" I right click on a photo and try to save it in My Pictures but it is
saved as a blank file. If I open it in windows pic and fax viewer it opens
fine. By checking properties and looking at file type it says 74092 file .
How do I get to save it as a jpg file ?
