Can not rename or delete two Personal Folders in OL03.

Corporate email with 3 working personal folders. Have two folders named
Personal Folders. Can not see them in Control Panel Mail. Properties advanced
tab in outlook gives error message opening object. Can add sub folder and
move mail to it. Want to remove completely as can not rename or find
associated PST.

Thanks Russ, I already have two private PST files. I want to delete
the two duplicate Personal Folders.

Right. And Russ's advice of creating a new mail profile to cure the
corruption you have in the current one will work.

I have 3 myname.pst files visible in Control Panel Outlook Data Files which
are fine.
I have an additional two folders in my Outlook which are labelled Personal
Folders

I can add subfolders to them, move mail to them, but I just want to delete
them which I can not do.

I tried creating a new Personal Folder and sure enough it appeared in
Outlook as an additional Personal Folder. I had 3 of them. I was able to
delete that new one but not the existing 2.

Did I mis-understand the fix?

We tell you to create a new Outlook profile.
All you keep doing is create new PST files.
