Can not reference memory on IE closing

When I shut down my Internet Explorer after using it and
visiting at least 2 pages, I get the following message.

The instruction at "0x015837b8" referenced memory
at "0x015837b8". The memory could not be "read". Click
OK to close this window.

It's really annoying to see everytime I try and leave my
IE.
 
Scan the system with Ad-Aware (www.lavasoftusa.com) and eliminate the
malware products causing the abnormal program termination.

If the problem continues, reinstall Internet Explorer using this method (for
XP):
