Can not record

Sorry,I'm coping here my conversation from another,
apparently wrong, newsgroup.
I did try another pc and it was working perfectly, even
reading camcorders ID #. When I click on Record in WMM
there is Audio Only (no Video Only or Audio and Video as
you have in Help section). Please help.

Try and find a pc that does work with camcorders and try
it with that one,
as it may be a faulty firewire port on the cam!
 
If it worked fine in the other pc, there is something in the set-up of your
pc that is stopping it. Can you try another firewire card in it?
