I get the following message
Task 'mail.btopenworld.com' - sending ' reorted the error 0x800CCC15 Unable
to connect to the network.
Can anyone help?

And this occurred over how long a period of time? Maybe their servers are
down. You didn't say how long this has been happening.

You sure that is the COMPLETE error message that you saw?
