Hi,
You're accessing yahoo mail via the web, right? Which browser- IE6 or IE7?
Is there an error message? What are you seeing when you try to read mail the
usual way (without using Printable view?)

Don,
Yes, I accessing mail via the web. There is no error message when I open
email. Just no contents. I have to read it with "Printable view".
Now I can not print it when I'm in IE (IE7). When I try to print, the IE7
will say it encounter problem and needs to close.
I don't the same problem when I use "Fire Fox". It has to do with IE7; I
just don't know what.
The IE research team supposed to call me on Monday.
I just want to get all info that I can. I don't have that much faith in tech
support. Any one can read instructions.
Than you.

Hi,
The only possibility that comes to mind is a troublesome browser add-on.

Does this happen if you disable all add-ons from IE> Tools> Manage add-ons?
You can also access Manage add-ons from Control Panel> Internet Options>
Programs.

You may have an incompatible add-on.
See:

for troubleshooting information.
