After I turn on my computer, my computer goes to the
welcome screen with my computer name labeled. It really
shouldn't because I don' thave a password on it. But it
does, I click on my name, it says logging in, and then it
says logging off without going into windows and stuff and
I'm back on the welcome screen. It does the same in safe
mode. What do I do?

I am having the exact same problem. I restarted my computer this morning
because it was having some errors, and now I can't get past the welcome
screen. I am at a loss of what to do. Safe mode doesn't work. Someone
please help us!

The problem is that we can't log on as administrator, or under any of the
other profiles. So, I can't even get to anything. It says I'm logging in,
and then a couple of seconds later, I'm logging off, and it goes back to the
welcome screen.

I'm not an expert, but disconnecting/reconnecting the motherboard
battery will remove the BIOS password, allowing you to log on ... it
sounds like you have some sort of virus.

Sorry ... I misunderstood the problem. You can't harm your computers
in any way by following my recommendation ... you'd just have to reset
the BIOS password if you wanted to have that level of protection.
Your computer will work with or w/o a BIOS password.
