Can not open some files

Hhen I try to open my add and delete programs tool and norton antivirus
nothing happens . sometimes I get the message" application failed to start
OLEACC.dll was not found. I don't know how to fix this problem

Try this:
Open a run command and type in:
regsvr32 OLEACC.dll click [OK] and then Reboot your machine after
successful registration of the DLL!.

If the above didn't help, try to run disk clean up and then check Disk on
Start Up.
Any new hardware/software installed recently?.
