Can not open Outlook Express

I cannot open Outlook Express. I have been previously
able to and have mail and addresses already. I am
getting the following error message: 'Outlook Express
could not be started because MSOERES.DLL could not be
found. Outlook Express may not be installed properly.'
It was working just fine.

I want to find out what I need to do to get it up and
working again, without losing my present email and my
contacts.
 
This is a group to support Outlook from the Office group of programs.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and is a quite different
program despite its similar name..

You will probably get a faster and more expert answer if you post this to an
outlook express news group.
