Can NOT open Movie maker!

Hello! I have been having issues with Movie maker for over a month now. I
can not open it and when I do a clean boot I get to open it, work on it and
it freezes up on me. Then I go to restart and it will not open again. I
have tried REINSTALLING it, calling in and they give no real help! I need to
know what to do to open it and get it to run all the time!!!!! PLEASE!!! I
would like to finish my project in less than a year!! HA!HA!
 
Have you installed anything else since around the time you started having
problems with MM?
I ask because one possible solution is to restore your computer back to
before the problems started but since you waited so long to post this
question to us restoring may not work or may break other programs that were
installed since then.

Most hanging/crashing problems in WMM are caused by codec conflict.
First read through the www.papajohn.org > Problem Solving > Crashes and
Hangs section, then if you still cannot solve the issue come back with
more details about your system and other software on it.
