Can not Open Microsoct Office Outlook

yesterday 2.12.09 i could open mo outlook. today 2.13.09 i can not. it is
giving me this message CRYPT32.dll is incompatible with microsoft . Install
outlook again. ok, question, this came with computer, do not have the
install. how can i fix this problem?

If Outlook or Office came with the PC the supplier should have provided some
means of reserecting the app, ask them where they put it, also ask them
where the key is

Clearly you changed something between then and now. Figure out what it is
and undo it. Alternatively, try a system restore to a point when Outlook
worked.
