Dear All,
I am trying to automate certain process and have just encountered unusual
problem. I wonder if anyone found any solution to the problem other than
reinstalling all Outlook terminals.
All users within a working group granted permissions to a generic group
(Team Leaders) to create appointments in their calendars (and shared the
calendars of course). Most users have Outlook 2002, most team leaders -
outlook 2003.
In case of all users with O2003, there is no problem with creating
appointements from any other terminal.
In case of Outlook 2002 users, their calendars are not available - when you
click on the calendar it says 'unable to open free/busy information'. However
when you set up a meeting and invite them - you can see all the information
that was not accessible (busy/free intervals)
Is there any reason/solution for this? I am Outlook newbie, trying to manage
the process using Access VBA, so if you are going to use any advanced Outlook
knowledge, please type slowly and using capital letters
best regards
