Can not load IE

I use WinXP home and can not load IE6 on line or off. Some
times when I am surfing after clicking on something, My PC
restarts and there is a message concerning minidump and
sysdata.xml. When I click IE icon the IE page come up as:
The page can not be displayed. They think there is a driver
problem but I do not know where to start. How could I fix
this problem? Wal.

This search would lead me to believe that your have been hacked by some
trojan/virus or parasites.
