Can not load and use BCM 2003

Just tried installing BCM 2003 - think the installation done ok but when go
into Outlook and start the set up it says "The information store can not be
opened". Have tried creating a new DB but each time get new error. Have
tried dowloading from the site hte latest updates for BCM to see if that
makes a difference but still get same error

Could you please send me the log file for the error. To enable the
logging

Go to registry entry ( i.e. type regedit in ur RUN dialog) look for
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Business Solutions eCRM
\BCMlogging. Make the Decimal
value to 255.

Load/Launch BCM. Go to your Run Dialog and type %temp% to go to
your temp folder. Look for BCMLog_V2 file. please send it to me for
investigation.
