Can not install rc1

I get this error after entering my Vista Beta 2 key and accepting the
agreement:

Windows setup could not reinitalize the deployment engine. To install
Windows, restart the installation

Any ideas? I am installing on a 11GB partition, non-SATA non-RAID

The partition isn't large enough for Vista to install to.

You need at least 30GB IIRC.
