Hi all,

I have a problem to connect to the domain. when I open the "Active directory
users and computers", it tell me that "naming information ***". I can
connect to the domain controller and it will tell me the server(domain
controller) is the DC of that domain. But I cannot connect the domain
directly.

Problem caused when I delete the DNS zone and recreate the Zone.

Regards,

Kevin

That's usually a classic DNS lookup problem. Without knowing anything about
your domain, a quick suggestion (and assuming) would be to make certain your
ISP's DNS server addresses are not in your machine's IP properties (DCs and
clients). They should only use the internal DNS server. Ensure the SRV
records for your domain also exit under your zone name. If you want
efficient Internet resolution, configure a forwarder.
