Can not find cmd.exe for windows xp

I had a worm hit my system and I had to delete my cmd.exe
in my windows files because it was corrupted also. What
should I do and if there is a download for it were do I
go.

Do you mean 'cmd32.exe'? That is not a Windows file - it's the virus
payload. The whole point of the virus is to make the naive/novice user
believe they've deleted some important file and ergo reinstall the virus.
