Can not Edit Org Chart after it has been saved

Have Office 2000 Premium SP 3 Installed, all updates are
done. I can create and save an Org chart in Power Point,
when you exit out and try to edit get the following
messege : Server Application, Source File or item can not
be found, you may need to reinstall. Thanks in Advance
