can not download vista RC1

I have never had a down load problem before but I am unable to download Vista
RC1. I have tried to use the suggested download manager but can not get past
the ActiveX warning. I have tried to download using explorer and only get
712mb of the 2.5gig or the program. I have read other posts that have tried
all sorts of different things. I would like the clean easy way of using the
suggested download manager and get this overwith.
 
Use Free Download Manager
Then download from your browser not that Akami
Im still looking for the akami one I download.
