can not disconnect dial up networking

using windows 2000 family server, finally got the internet
connection to work correctly using the usr driver for the
modem, however, once connected you can bring up the dun to
disconnect, only way to disconnect is to turn the modem of
then on again, and then cant find the icon to reconnect.
any help would be appreciated.
