Can not Delete folder

Somehow a folder was created on one of our Windows 2000 servers that can not
be deleted. The name of the folder is "PAR 2005-03-24 Ste-Foy (lab) " Every
time I try deleting it I get the error "Cannot delete file: Cannot read from
the source file or disk" The interesting thing about the folder is that it
is missing all the TABs except General and Customize. The folder is useable
in terms of I can put files and other folders in it. I have tried deleting
using rd, rmdir even the older dos deltree all with no luck. Any ideas.
