can not delete file in windows XP

Hi ,

I have a file under
C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\folder1\folder2\CA3Q0JZT.
The file doesn't have any extension and has attributes System and hidden .
However if I try to delete file I get error message saying "cannot remove no
such file or directory". I have tried booting in safe mode, booting through
DOS , using Ultimate boot CD but nothing works. I have also tried utilities
like Killbox, Forcedelete etc but nothing works.
The file is causing problem when using WinSCP hence I would like to get rid
of it ? Is there a way to delete it ?
