Can not connect to Pop3 with SSL in specific situation.

I use the Windows Vista Business + Windows Mail 7 to access some
mail box with Pop3 + SSL (through port 995).

While I use wireless LAN card to access internet, the POP connection is
correct, but when I switch to my LAN card, which is Intel PL 1000, with
correct driver, the POP connection is blocked in "setting your security
connection".

But in couple days ago, I did not upgrade to Vista, I use XP to connect the
same mail box, the connection is correct.

Does any body have the same exprience or idea about this?

Which ( whose) server are you talking about?
