can not connect to domain "device is not functioning"

hi i am having problem connecting to a domain. When i
sign in it pops up and says can not connect you to the
domain a device in not functioning properly

go to internet properties delete files delete cookies

delete history click ok. all found under tools
also check www.wall-nettools.com/pr also check your modem
ring your server and ask if they will flush your cashe.
