Can not burn /copy CD

can copy cd to media library won't then copy to new CD I
too am very new to this game so please be gentle with
me . Very very plain english Cheers

Please tell us if any CD burning software came bundled with your PC or
with your burner. The most common two are Nero and Easy CD Creator. Both
can be set to copy a CD very easily.
